She earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN and Doctorate of Physical Therapy at South College in Knoxville, TN. While in college, Emily successfully competed in powerlifting with a best competition squat of 615 pounds while training and programming for high level strength athletes. Emily specializes in manual therapy techniques including trigger point dry needling, joint mobilization, soft and deep tissue work, and has a proficient background in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation.
